It is important to us that you are 100% happy with your purchase of Chipfox ™ tracker. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with it, you can simply return it for full refund or exchange.
1. You can return items within 14 days of original purchase date for a full refund or exchange of Chipfox™hardware. Refunds do not include shipping and Sigfox activation fee € 19,- if the Tracker has been already registered to the Sigfox network.
2. Please send us an email with the reason for your return/exchange before you return your item.
Please do not send back your parcel until we e-mail you with the address.
3. All items must be returned in their original condition.
Products is in poor conditions can not be accepted for refund if: damaged, heavily used and in non resealable condition.
4. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned/exchanged merchandise.
5. All refunds are subject to a 15% restocking and handling fee for products purchased.
6. Shipping disputes must be addressed by your shipping carrier, not subject to a refund.
CariusTech spol. s r.o. warranties this CHIPFOX ™products to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of two (2) years following the date of purchase, provided that the product is not used in harsh environment. This limited warranty does not cover failures due to abuse, accidental damage or when repairs have been made or attempted by anyone other than CHIPFOX and its Authorized Service Centers. A defective product meeting the warranty conditions set forth herein will be replaced or repaired at no charge in either of two ways:
The first, which will result in exchanges only, is to return the product to CariusTech spol. s r.o. or the retailer from whom it was purchased (provided that the store is a participating retailer). Returns should be made within the time period of the retailer’s policy for exchanges. Proof of purchase may be required. Please check with the retailer for its specific return policy regarding time limits for returns or exchanges.
The second option is to take or send the product (prepaid) to a CariusTech spol. s r.o or authorized Service Center for repair or replacement. Proof of purchase may be required.
This warranty does not apply to batteries and accessories.
